Business Development / Account Manager to join their expanding team in Clapham. This is a great opportunity to join a company that delivers a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment services to clients across London.
The RoleThis is a dual-focused role combining sales growth with client account management. You ll take the lead on nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery. It s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for existing clients
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service reviews
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Respond to client queries and manage expectations effectively
- Support general administrative duties and help improve internal processes
What We re Looking For- Previous experience in business development or account management
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Confident, self-motivated, and proactive in approach
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the property services or maintenance sector is beneficial
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Based in London (essential)
