Clapham, London £28,000 £35,000 + Bonus Full-time Permanent

Hyperion is supporting a fast-growing property services business in their search for a confident and driven Business Development / Account Manager to join their expanding team in Clapham. This is a great opportunity to join a company that delivers a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment services to clients across London.

The Role
This is a dual-focused role combining sales growth with client account management. You ll take the lead on nurturing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with operations to ensure high-quality service delivery. It s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for existing clients
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service reviews
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Respond to client queries and manage expectations effectively
  • Support general administrative duties and help improve internal processes

What We re Looking For
  • Previous experience in business development or account management
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive in approach
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the property services or maintenance sector is beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Based in London (essential)
