What you will contribute
  • Manage existing accounts and seek new customer opportunities in B2B supplement, food, and pharma markets.
  • Sales of Collagen Peptides and Gelatins, focusing on GELITA’s specialty portfolios.
  • Grow the region through new business development.
  • Manage key accounts and lead distribution partners to develop and expand business.
  • Regularly report on business figures and forecasts.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the global GELITA strategy in the UK.
  • Support the organization of local trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Manage the GELITA AG Representative Office in the UK.
What makes you stand out
  • University degree in International Business, Business Administration, Food Technology, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the Food, Pharma, or Supplement industry.
  • Experience in selling ingredients or excipients; nutraceutical background is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial leadership skills, experience managing small teams, and working in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are desirable.
  • Preferably UK citizen.
  • Willingness to spend 3-4 months in Eberbach, Germany, for product training and join the European Sales team during onboarding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 360, Salesforce; SAP S4 HANA knowledge is helpful.
  • Experience with new market entries is desirable.
