Job Description:

We support helping you settle in to your new location, ensuring you are familiar with the team and have a warm welcome from day 1. There is a member of our Apprentice team at each site, helping you progress, ensuring your study time is protected, enabling access to digital learning, and providing opportunities to get involved with the local community and STEM projects, enhancing many aspects of each programme.

Within the Material Control department, you will continue learning and building on the experience. This involves being close to the repairs facilities and hardware daily, and working as part of a collaborative team to achieve optimal turnaround times agreed with customers.   • Work on innovative projects within IPT (integrated project teams).
  • Attend and contribute to project-related meetings.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
  • Utilise industry-wide approved software, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Organise own workload to ensure effective time utilization.
  • Review, release, and manage service orders from booking in to returning to the customer.
  • Link related drawings and Work Instructions to service orders.
  • Inform relevant internal stakeholders of delays impacting forecast achievement.
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams.
