Degree Apprentice – Business Sales Focus (Chartered Management Degree)

Location: Winnersh, UK

Apprenticeship Duration: 3 years

Start Date: August 2025

Your Opportunity

At HPE, we believe in empowering the next generation. We’re hiring Degree Apprentices to join our UK team in a variety of business sales-focused roles. This is a unique opportunity to earn a Chartered Management Degree from Henley Business School, while gaining invaluable experience in a leading global tech company.

Our apprenticeship programme is designed to help you build a strong foundation in business and sales and develop core professional skills all while studying part-time and working on real projects that make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Degree Apprentice at HPE, you’ll get the opportunity to.

• Support account managers and customer success teams
• Help to identify business opportunities and drive client engagement
• Contribute to sales strategies and customer proposals
• Gain hands-on experience with HPE’s innovative technology and solutions
  
  

You’ll work closely with mentors and managers to support your development, and you’ll be a valued member of the team from day one.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated, curious, and ambitious individuals who are excited to learn and grow.

Minimum Requirements Include:

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 4–9) including Maths and English
• At least 2 A-levels (or equivalent qualifications), ideally with a focus on business, economics, or related subjects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An interest in business, sales, and technology
• Eligibility to work in the UK
  
  

About The Apprenticeship Programme

• You’ll be enrolled in a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship programme delivered by Henley Business School, based at the University of Reading campus
• The degree is delivered part-time over 3 years, combining academic study with practical learning in the workplace
• Upon completion, you will graduate with a BA (Hons) in Management Practice
• You’ll receive dedicated time for study and support from tutors and your HPE manager
• You will participate in the HPE Early Career Porgramme, to support you learn and kickstart your career
