Mishcon de Reya in London is seeking a Business Data Services Analyst to support day-to-day data administration and approved change requests across Mishcon business systems. You will process changes, maintain core data, and validate loads, ensuring accuracy and audit trails.

Working with clients, matter teams and product groups, you will help with data quality, validation and reconciliation, escalate issues when needed, and uphold controlled processes with strong attention to detail and clear

• Process approved business data change requests.
• Maintain agreed business data in core systems.
• Support data updates for clients, matters, people, rates, hierarchies and references.
• Prepare and validate data for bulk uploads and data loads.
• Perform checks before and after changes.
• Maintain records of completed changes.
• Support validation, reconciliation and cleanup activities.
• Escalate exceptions to the Senior BDS Analyst.
• Provide responsive support to business users and Product Teams.

The Business Data Services Analyst provides day-to-day support for Business Data Administration and approved data change requests across agreed Mishcon business systems.,

• Process approved business data change requests.
• Maintain agreed business data in core systems.
• Support routine client, matter, people, rate, hierarchy and reference data updates.
• Prepare and validate data for bulk uploads and data loads.
• Perform checks before and after changes are completed.
• Maintain records and evidence of completed data changes.
• Support validation, reconciliation and clean-up activity.
• Escalate exceptions or recurring issues to the Senior BDS Analyst.
• Provide responsive support to business users and Product Teams. Experience working with business systems or data administration processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good Excel capability.
• Ability to follow controlled processes.
• Good organisation and prioritisation skills.

Desirable skills and experience

• Experience with HR, Finance, CRM, Risk or legal systems.
• Experience with Aderant, SuccessFactors, Intapp, CRM or Profisee.
• Understanding of data quality concepts.
• Experience working in a professional services environment.
• Familiarity with audit trails, approvals or operational controls., Excellent organisational skills - ability to work accurately to tight deadlines, prioritise between conflicting demands and effectively manage own workload
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written skills with the ability to produce high quality documentation.
