Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Data Architect or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks and data governance.
• Experience delivering business and technology change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance is advantageous.
• TOGAF, ITIL or equivalent architecture certifications desirable.

• Lead the development of the business data architecture, ensuring alignment with business and data strategy.
• Partner with business, technology and data teams to design scalable, future-proof data solutions.
• Apply business architecture and modelling techniques to improve processes, capabilities and decision making.
• Identify opportunities to drive innovation, operational efficiency and business transformation through data.
• Support the design of business applications and system integration solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into practical solutions.
• Promote best practice in data governance, architecture and change management.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to influence strategy and drive successful delivery.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Data Architect, Business Architect or Enterprise Data Architect.
• Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks, modelling techniques and data governance.
• Experience delivering business and technology change programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
