To support this, we are looking to expand our team with a Business & Data Analyst who can drive insights, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality reporting to support decision making at all levels of the organisation.

Job Role Summary

The business is agile and fast paced, and we are looking to recruit an equally enthusiastic and tech-proficient candidate to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include producing accurate client and internal reports, mapping business processes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing data-driven solutions to business challenges. You will play a key role in ensuring information is effectively captured, analysed, and presented to both internal stakeholders and external clients, enabling smarter decisions and supporting growth. A successful candidate will be highly proficient in technology, comfortable working with data and reporting tools, and confident in analysing complex information. Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly will be essential, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing client-facing and internal reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Mapping and documenting key business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
  • Analysing operational data and providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Supporting business leaders with data-driven recommendations and solutions to operational challenges.
  • Developing dashboards and reporting tools to ensure stakeholders have real-time access to information.
  • Collaborating with different teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Driving improvements in reporting systems, processes, and technology adoption.

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role.
  • Advanced technical proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data visualisation platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering insights that drive change.
  • Experience working with CRM, financial, or property management software is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
