The Role

An established and highly regarded law firm is looking to appoint an Associate to join its expanding Business Crime & Regulatory team. The firm is well known for delivering high-quality legal services to both individuals and businesses, with a strong reputation for outstanding client care and specialist expertise across several practice areas, particularly in Business Crime and Regulatory work.

This is an exciting opportunity to handle a broad range of regulatory matters on behalf of insurers representing large charities, public sector organisations, SMEs, and individuals. The role involves advising on complex issues including inquests, health and safety, licensing, CQC/Ofsted entity regulation, and professional discipline.

You will be expected to provide both contentious and non-contentious legal advice, contributing to the firm's high standards of service and strategic support.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Regulatory Solicitor with a background in handling insurance-related claims and a proven track record in regulatory law. This is a superb opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking firm during an exciting period of growth.

The Candidate

  • An experienced Regulatory Solicitor with technical expertise
