Responsibilities
  • Support the Expat team with Assignment Management Solutions software, including onboarding and documentation management.
  • Assist with administration of the annual tax return process and compliance activities.
  • Maintain internal risk management tracking and monitor engagement documentation.
  • Handle client sign-ups, liaise with partners, and support billing and cash allocation processes.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams on meetings, documentation, and tax provisions.
  • Support client onboarding and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in administration, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
