As a Business Controller, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, steering the organization's accounting functions and empowering strategic financial decisions through precise and timely reporting. You will report directly to the General Manager and be part of the Management team, contributing significantly to our overall success.
You will:
- Lead the Finance department responsibility
- Provide support and guidance to different functional areas from a financial performance perspective
- Prepare financial reports including P&L, WC, and BS according to "The Way We Do Things" and divisional guidelines
- Lead annual target setting and regular forecast updates for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Capital Expenditure
- Forecast business performance against annual targets
- Manage cash flow, tax, insurances, company bank accounts, credit cards, and payments
- Oversee AR reporting and follow-up with other departments to ensure targets are met
- Maintain credit rating and control
- Optimize and implement processes across finance activities
- Develop and maintain planning and budgeting systems
- Manage finance-related audits with team support
- Communicate and collaborate across all business areas to enhance efficiency and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Fully qualified accountant with extensive experience in finance and/or business control
- Proven track record in delivering business control and support services
- Ability to lead projects in business control
- Knowledge of Group accounting principles, IFRS, and local regulations
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP Business One knowledge is a plus
Educational Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English
