Managing risk is integral to our business and helps ensure sustainable growth and that our customers get great outcomes. The UK Risk Office supports and drives a wide range of activity in the UK Business. In order to pursue our strategic objectives, we need sound risk management, and in the Risk Office, we lead the way in advising our business partners on how to understand their risks and act accordingly. As a Risk Manager, you will be at the helm of this, driving the thinking of what we do and ensuring this is implemented effectively.
Business Continuity and Resilience are vital parts of our UK Risk Office. We work with teams and senior leaders across the UK and US to ensure we are set-up for success, in a strong position to support our business and customers should anything unexpected happen.
Our BCM team ensures we understand and manage our continuity risk and is truly an enabler for the UK business. We are looking for a Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Risk Manager to lead that Business Continuity team on a 15-month secondment opportunity.

This is a fixed-term position based in our Nottingham offices. We have a hybrid working model offering flexibility to work from our offices and from home. You will be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements that suit you.
