What you’ll be doing

Atturra Business Applications – Business Consultants will work closely with clients, analyze approaches, evaluate solutions, and utilize the best methods to meet client requirements efficiently.

This opportunity can be performed from anywhere in Australia.

• Understanding Local Government regulations and processes
• Training users / clients on software use
• Testing configuration
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver requirements
• Creating workflows or dashboards
• Troubleshooting issues
• System configuration of Property & Rating Solutions
• Preparing documents and reports
• Post-implementation support

What will make you successful in this role

• Local Government experience is highly desirable
• Experience within TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating or Infor Pathway
• Experience working on Revenue / Rating and Compliance is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and proactive attitude
