Workplace Type: Remote

Employment Type: Permanent

Financial Services experience is preferred but not essential.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead professional B2B relationships with the Large and Medium Business Units (LMBU) Partner businesses. You will build and maintain strong relationships, providing strategic, commercial, and business planning advice based on a genuine understanding of key business needs.

What you will be doing:

  1. Embedding and utilizing our business and relationship management approach with all LMBU practices through robust business planning and reviews.
  2. Designing business improvement solutions and support programs aimed at delivering measurable, successful outcomes: high-quality, profitable, and well-managed businesses.
  3. Shaping and implementing the One LMBU approach to business partnering, including diagnostics, data analysis, and growth frameworks.
  4. Driving discipline, structure, consistency, and accountability within the Business Partnering team and across other functions.
  5. Reviewing, measuring, and assessing the efficiency and ROI of each Partner relationship.

We’re looking for a candidate with:

  1. Excellent listening, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt and build trust with Partners.
  2. Experience in delivering successful outcomes through influencing, strategic planning, and commercial thinking.
  3. A solution- and outcome-focused approach, utilizing local insights and data to inform decisions.
  4. Discipline and precision in diagnosing problems and designing innovative, aligned solutions.
  5. Experience coaching and mentoring stakeholders within LMBU, gaining respect at senior levels internally and externally.
  6. Ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and set clear objectives.

Additional benefits include private medical insurance, protection benefits (e.g., life cover, PHI, critical illness), a non-contributory pension (up to 15%), parental leave, and holiday entitlement with options to buy extra days.

We promote flexible working arrangements, encouraging a hybrid approach to suit individual lifestyles.

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and those with transferable experience, even if they do not meet every criterion. For adjustments during the recruitment process, please contact us via email.
