Job Description:

We are recruiting a Council Tax and Business Rates - Business Consultant to join our Revenues and Benefits, and Central Government Consultancy (RBCG) Team.

The successful candidate will have expertise in NEC Council Tax & Business Rates products, Data Migration Services, Systems Integration, and Interfaces.

Key Responsibilities include providing consultancy and training, delivering presentations, contributing to software development, making recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting product development.

This role is home-based with frequent travel around the UK, approximately 5 nights per month.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of NEC Council Tax and/or Business Rates system
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• UK Driving license and willingness to travel
• Experience with NEC R&B products, customer engagement, and systems administration
