Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious Senior Associate or Manager to join our rapidly growing Business Consulting practice, specializing in Change and Transformation. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and solutions to clients undergoing significant organizational change.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analysis and Problem Solving: Assist in developing solutions and recommendations considering business needs, user needs, and technology constraints.

  • Set Strategy: Support clients in defining transformation roadmaps that address organizational challenges.

  • Digital Delivery: Set direction and scope for delivery teams, managing discovery, scope refinement, and prioritization based on value.

  • Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to support organizational transformations.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the practice.

  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership and best practices in change and transformation.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci) preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business consulting with a focus on change and transformation.
