Are you a Business Analyst with some hands-on experience, looking to build on your skills, work on exciting transformation projects and accelerate your career?
At Grayce, we're looking for ambitious Business Analysts with approximately 1–6 years of relevant experience who are ready to take the next step in their professional development.
Whether you've gained experience gathering requirements, improving business processes, supporting change initiatives or working with stakeholders to deliver solutions, we want to hear from you.
You'll join Grayce as a Business Consultant, working with some of the UK's leading organisations on meaningful business and technology transformation projects, while benefiting from structured development, professional qualifications and ongoing career support.
Our current opportunities are predominantly based in either London or the North West of England. You'll be considered for opportunities within your preferred region, rather than being expected to work across both locations.
Grayce specialises in delivering transformation through high-performing talent. For over a decade, we've partnered with some of the world's most ambitious organisations, developing and deploying exceptional people who make a real difference.
We believe that experience and potential go hand in hand. That's why we combine meaningful client assignments with our Accelerated Development Programme, helping ambitious professionals build on their existing capabilities and develop into highly skilled consultants.
When you join Grayce, you're not just joining a project. You're joining a community invested in your long‑term career success.
As a Business Analyst at Grayce, you'll support the delivery of business change, digital transformation and process improvement initiatives within leading organisations.
Depending on your experience and client assignment, your responsibilities could include:
You'll have the opportunity to develop your responsibilities as your experience grows, supported by experienced colleagues, professional development and exposure to different business environments.
We're particularly interested in individuals who have already gained some practical Business Analysis experience and are motivated to continue learning and progressing.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
You don't need to have mastered every aspect of Business Analysis. We're looking for people who can demonstrate a strong foundation, relevant practical experience and the motivation to develop into accomplished Business Analysts.
Experience with Agile delivery, business process modelling, user stories, UAT or tools such as Jira and Confluence would be beneficial, but we recognise that experience and exposure will vary.
At Grayce, we recognise that the early stages of your career are some of the most important for building confidence, developing specialist expertise and discovering where you want to take your career.
We offer the opportunity to combine real‑world experience with structured development, helping you progress faster and build a strong foundation for long‑term success.
What You’ll Gain
Salary: £29,500–£55,000
We have opportunities available for Business Analysts at different stages of their early professional careers.
Your starting salary within the advertised range will be determined by your relevant experience, demonstrated skills and technical capability, performance throughout the recruitment process and the location of the opportunity.
Our current client opportunities are predominantly located in London or the North West of England. These are separate regional opportunities, and candidates are not expected to work across both regions. Individual assignments will require up to five days per week on-site with the client.
If you've already started building your career in Business Analysis and are looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience, develop your expertise and take your career further, we'd love to hear from you.
