We are proud of our work in National Security, contributing to the safety and prosperity of the UK. We are growing rapidly and seeking experienced business consultants to join us.
Our consultants support clients throughout project lifecycles, from business justification and strategy to design, planning, and implementation. Building trusted relationships is core: we collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver innovative strategic solutions.
Experience in articulating and achieving strategic goals is valued. Knowledge of digital, technology, or cyber domains is beneficial but not essential. Skills in designing business structures, developing business cases, and advising on regulation and policy are helpful. Experience with UK government agencies and organizational landscape understanding is also advantageous.
Our Consulting Development Framework supports your performance and career growth, fostering autonomy and progression. If you have process mapping or business change skills and aspire to digital transformation expertise, we will support your development.
Applicants must hold an active eDV clearance before applying, due to the sensitive nature of our work.
