We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help us reach the next level of strategic development and growth. The Professional Services team is responsible for implementing and integrating our solutions into our customer's environments and information management landscape.
This role will be helping customers to innovate, integrate systems, automate processes, and achieve efficiencies and improvements. This typically ranges from providing expert guidance and solution design to "hands-on" work with product setup, migrations, upgrades, training, and documentation.
This role will also take part in pre-sales, offering solutions, providing estimates, and assisting with demonstrations and proposals. The position will naturally involve maintaining and improving knowledge of the Comply365 product suite, and adjacent technologies.
