The role:

We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team. The role requires the following skill set.

Key skills required:
  1. Assesses the functions, objectives and requirements of the organisation seeking advice.

  2. Ability to take initiative and act in a proactive manner not needing significant direction or management.

  3. Identifies problems concerned with business strategy, policy, organisation, procedures, methods, and markets.

  4. Determines the appropriate method of data collection and research methodology, analyses and interprets information gained and formulates and implements recommendations and solutions.

  5. Ability to operate successfully under pressure while juggling conflicting demands while remaining strongly committed to accomplishing results.

  6. Operate as a role model for Valued Business Partner behaviours.

  7. Demonstrate research findings to higher management.

  8. Identify potential clients and research on client business requirements.

  9. Generating leads and new business.

  10. Promoting products & services in various channels.

  11. Developing & maintaining client relationships.

  12. Partner with sales team to draft contract winning proposals to clients.

  13. Negotiate contract terms with clients & communicate terms to stakeholders.

  14. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

  15. Arrange & participate in internal & external client debriefs.

  16. Receiving and capitalising on leads from market research.

Salary offered: £26,000 to £36,000 per annum.
