Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Business Coaching Events Sales Executive to facilitate training and networking events. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of face-to-face sales experience and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships and closing sales. The role offers a basic salary of £25k with an uncapped OTE of £50-75k, based in Chelmsford.

Business Coaching Events Sales Executive

£25k basic with £50-75k uncapped OTE, Chelmsford, Permanent, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (with some weekend and evening commitments required)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in face-to-face sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with customers and businesses.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Helping facilitate and run training and coaching events, and networking face-to-face with clients throughout the event
  • Effectively managing the customer through the entire event, including initial meeting, building rapport, qualification of needs, solution presentation, sales closing, and follow-ups
  • Building rapport and lasting relationships with customers/clients and businesses to ensure repeat business
  • Updating CRM's and following up leads during downtime via telephone and video calls
Your Background & Skill
  • 5 years minimum experience of working within a face-to-face sales role
  • Ability to empathise with business owners and establish their pains and needs when growing their business
  • Proven ability to follow a sales process and over achieve on targets
  • Passion, confidence, drive, energy, talent, and character
  • Well presented with a desire and attitude to succeed
  • Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers face-to-face or over the phone
