Job summary

Tricres Ltd is seeking two passionate Business Coaches to join their team. The opportunity is ideal for experienced or aspiring coaches who value a down-to-earth and supportive approach in helping clients create positive and effective business cultures. As a self-employed partner, you will have the freedom to design your workflows and make meaningful impacts on client experiences while gaining CPD qualifications.

Qualifications

We're looking for two kick a** coaches who are:

humble and listen like a rock with ears
use simple, yet highly effective tools, models and frameworks that clients just 'get'
get a CPD qualification when they work with us, nothing too fancy, just good, practical stuff
if they're already ICF qualified, they get extra CCE credits (that's quite fancy)
respond to clients needs and offer answers when and how they need it
believe in building kick a** cultures so people are no longer miserable at work
