Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers at all levels to achieve behavioral change that results in continuous improvement and added value.
• Passionate about transforming lives through coaching.
• Desire to be self-employed and part of a larger community.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 1+ years of coaching experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to develop your business and client base.
