Job description

Location: Hybrid/Watford

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to provide high-level support to the Medivet Executive Team and Transformation Office. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities of the Executive Team, supporting key internal and external engagements, as well as assisting with administrative and some programme management tasks.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a dynamic environment. The role offers a strong platform to build experience not only in executive support but also in business & programme co-ordination.

What You’ll Do

  • Support transformation initiatives through programme coordination, reporting, and cross-functional team collaboration

  • Provide high-level executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel planning

  • Organise internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth logistics and stakeholder engagement

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in executive-level administrative support, ideally within a dynamic or transformational setting

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
