Arup invites applications for a Business Change Service Lead in Leeds to drive extensive transformation projects across global initiatives. You will oversee a multinational team, strengthen the change framework, and guide delivery from strategy to implementation.

You will influence stakeholders, ensure value realisation, and contribute to Arup’s 5-year strategy within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes and benefits realisation.
• Ability to mature and govern change frameworks and artefacts.
• Familiarity with change life cycle and industry methodologies (APM/Prosci/ADKAR).

The role of the Business Change Service Lead will be to work in a global Delivery team, working closely with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Programme Managers, PMO and of course the Business Change team you will manage under the Head of Delivery.
The work will support delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes. This is an exciting role that helps meet Arup its Total Design and Excellence objectives and provides great exposure to being part of its 5-year strategy.

Is this role right for you?

• Experienced in working on projects with highly satisfied sponsors and end users, having achieved tangible results and business outcomes, leading to value creation and benefits realisation
• Manage transformation initiatives as part of wider projects and programmes that underpin the group’s strategy.
• Management of a global team of change professionals including maturing the change service framework and service line
• Maintain and develop the change methodology and associated artefacts to support the delivery of change
• Build motivated, delivery focussed teams
• Comprehensive understanding of the change life cycle and be familiar with APM or Prosci /Adkar
• Experience working with diverse teams across several global locations, time zones or cultural backgrounds
