A leading utility company in Coventry is seeking a Business Change and Readiness Specialist to lead change engagement and ensure IT-led changes are adopted and understood. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. As our Business Change and Readiness Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that IT-led change is not only delivered—but adopted, understood, and embraced across the business. You’ll lead engagement, training, and deployment readiness activities, ensuring that every change lands smoothly and delivers real value.
Working within the IT Digital Delivery team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Cadent to drive business readiness strategies, build change capability, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
