Job Title: Business Change Project ManagerRate: 550 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote-based, with travel to Preston and other UK sites as required
Start Date: On or around 16th June 2025
Contract Length: 3-month contract

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Change Project Manager to lead and deliver change initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will focus on driving business transformation and ensuring the successful adoption of change across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex change projects, working across operational and strategic levels, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of business change initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Engage with senior stakeholders to define change scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects or workstreams.
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support adoption of the changes.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Produce and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
Monitor progress and performance, providing regular updates to the PMO and leadership team.
Support communication and training plans to ensure business readiness and smooth transition.
Travel to Preston and other UK sites as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Required Experience and Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Change Project Manager in complex environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
Ability to influence and drive change across distributed teams.
Experience in sectors such as utilities & facilities management.
Other Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Willing and able to travel to Preston and other UK sites as required.
