Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Change Project Manager to support key transformation programmes within Honda Motor Europe. The role involves leading the rollout and optimisation of a European direct-to-consumer sales pilot in the UK, and supporting the deployment of new CRM technologies to enhance performance.

Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will manage stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners, working autonomously to ensure successful delivery. This role requires exceptional change leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate strategy into results.

You should be highly people-oriented, capable of building trust, gaining alignment, and motivating teams at all levels to drive outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business change projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Motivate and lead project teams, fostering collaboration.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Implement effective communication and change adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate with technical project managers to align business change with technical timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Define scope and objectives in the Project Charter.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing complex business change projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-starter with strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Ownership mentality and accountability.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international, matrixed organizations. The role is initially for 6 months with potential extension. D2C background and automotive experience are advantageous.

This role is inside IR35, with a day rate of £500 (£130k annual equivalent). The work environment includes 3 days in Bracknell and 2 days WFH, with a 1 pm finish on Fridays.
