A leading UK university is seeking a Change Project Manager for a fixed-term role until 31 July 2026. You will work closely with the Executive Team to manage significant change projects, delivering organisational transformation aligned with the university's strategy. Ideal candidates will have extensive project and change management experience, strong leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role as a Change Project Manager of Transformational Change initiatives across the University of Bradford for a fixed term, time-critical period.
What you will be doing:
Working alongside members of the Executive Team you will provide matrix management of project teams focused on delivering and implementing organisational change. This will include developing a compelling case for change and project managing all aspects of its implementation to deliver University strategy and Transformational Change priorities on at least three significant change projects.

Qualifications/ experience:
You will need to bring proven experience of project and change management.
You will have demonstrable experience of supporting or leading organisational change, including defining and managing risks, benefits, and change impacts.
The successful candidate will demonstrate collaborative leadership capabilities, strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and results driven.
