Business Change Programme Manager with Investment Management - London

Leading Investment Management firm in London is seeking a Business Change Programme Manager to drive and support the delivery of large and complex initiatives. Please note we are only able to consider applicants with recent experience leading business change or transformation programmes for Tier-1 Investment Management or Asset Management firms. The role follows a hybrid working model requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a range of programmes and projects encompassing business, process, technology, and organizational change efforts. You will ensure clear outcomes, senior management support, effective prioritization, proper sequencing of work, and understanding of key accountabilities, all while maximizing value and aligning with overall business strategy. You will also act as a resource for business contacts regarding project management and change capabilities, leveraging the client’s central change office and developing new services to support the portfolio across EMEA.

Required Skills
