Job description

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of Business Change in creating and executing change management strategies and plans. You will collaborate with various areas of the Group to understand current processes and systems, aiming to design and implement changes across projects. These changes may involve business processes, systems, and digital technology. Ensure all business change programmes align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Project Manager for assigned change management projects under the guidance of the Head of Business Change.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of changes on different departments.
  • Coordinate with external parties to support the digital strategy and roadmap, serving as a liaison between external vendors, IT, and divisions.
  • Assist in implementing the digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Change to develop and communicate new and improved processes.

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent planning, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and collaborative.
