BAM UK&I is seeking a Business Change Manager to guide change management for an ERP project. This hybrid role for a 24-month contract requires expertise in change management, especially with SAP, and offers a significant benefits package including a car allowance, pension, and wellness days.
BAM UK&I are looking for a Business Change Manager to support our ERP project on a FTC for 24 months to work on a hybrid basis from any of our UK&I offices
Accountable for the development and implementation of the SAP Programme Change Management Strategy . Ensures that change impacts as a result of the new processes and tools are clearly articulated, stakeholders are informed and mitigating readiness plans implemented. Supports the business with their transformation objectives.
