A dynamic non-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to lead a significant EPoS upgrade programme. You will develop change plans, engage stakeholders, and drive successful adoption of new systems. This role offers a salary up to £60,000, with flexible working arrangements and additional benefits including holiday and pension contributions. The position is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the Swindon office.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic non-profit organisation with a meaningful purpose. As Business Change Manager, you will lead a major EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) upgrade programme that benefits the organisation and its customers. Your focus will be on phases 2 and 3, replacing EPoS hardware across the UK and overhauling backend stock management systems. You should be able to apply proven change management theories, craft engaging communications, and deliver effective training.
This is a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026. The role is primarily remote, with occasional visits to the Swindon office (once or twice a month).
