Business Change Manager

Fixed Term Contract / Remote (1-2 times a month office visits) / Not for Profit

Are you an experienced Change Manager with experience of supporting groups of people to change and adapt to using a new system or process?

If you are a people-focused Change Manager and want to take on an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic non-profit organisation with a real purpose, then read on!

As the Business Change Manager, you’ll take the lead on a major EPoS (Electronic Point of Sale) upgrade programme that will deliver lasting benefits across the organisation and to its customers. The new EPoS system will be used across a wide range of sites UK-wide so ensuring colleagues are ready for this major change will be critical.

This role requires someone who can hit the ground running – applying proven change management theory and approaches, crafting engaging communications for diverse audiences, and designing and delivering training that sticks.

Reporting into the the EPoS Project Manager, you’ll be a confident advocate for people in a technology-driven environment – unafraid to challenge the status quo, influence senior leaders, and ensure our people are at the heart of every decision.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead change initiatives across the EPoS upgrade programme, aligning to the organisations strategic vision
  • Develop and deliver robust change plans, training, and communications
  • Engage and support stakeholders at all levels
  • Identify and manage resistance, champion adoption and track benefits realisation
  • Shape a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Upskill and mentor Project Managers on smaller projects to deliver change management on their own

Please note, this is a Fixed Term Contract that will run until March 2026.

This is a predominantly a remote based role offering lots of flexibility, but you will visit the organisation’s Swindon office occasionally (once or twice a month max).
