A leading water utility company is seeking a Business Change Lead in Bradford to manage transformational changes and enhance operational effectiveness. The role demands strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on engaging stakeholders at all levels. Location: Bradford/ Hybrid Working (a mix of office and home working)
Work type: Permanent, full time 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 8:00am-6:00pm.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £48,588 - £60,698 per annum, depending on experience.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Lead to join the Business Change Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers, by playing a vital role in transforming our organisation.

The Business Change team helps modernise the organisation to meet evolving customer and regulator needs.
Where you fit in:
As Business Change Lead you will deliver a wide variety of people-centric business change to align people, processes and technology using proven change methodologies. This includes large-scale change initiatives, operating model changes, colleague engagement and technology transformation. You will work with Senior Business Change Managers and key stakeholders to guide and enable successful, sustainable change that improves customer and colleague experience and supports performance commitments and efficiency.

Flexible working: We embrace a hybrid model; typically circa 3 days in the office per week. This may be higher for collaborative work, training or deadlines. On-site option available Monday-Friday during working hours.
