What this job involves:

As a Change Analyst within JLL's UK Transformation Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful change initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Business Change Director, you will support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of change projects, ensuring the effective adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, or strategies. Your expertise in change management will enable you to collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve positive change outcomes.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  1. Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and resistance to change, and develop mitigation strategies within the UK and EMEA markets.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate change initiatives with business goals and objectives.

  3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, identify areas for improvement, and propose proactive solutions.

  4. Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders, leveraging your expertise in change management principles, frameworks, and methodologies.

  5. Act as a change advocate, promoting awareness and understanding of the benefits and importance of change management within JLL's UK and EMEA markets.

  6. Maintain up-to-date documentation and change management tools, ensuring easy access and knowledge sharing within the organization.

  7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in change management, incorporating relevant insights into project work.

  8. Support the UK Transformation Team at any point during the transformation lifecycle, leveraging your experience in project management and business analysis.

  9. Assist in the identification and scoping of transformation projects, working closely with project managers and business analysts.

Required skills and experience:

  1. Proven experience in change management, transformation, or related roles within a large corporate environment.

  2. Strong understanding of change management methodologies, specifically Prosci, tools, and best practices.

  3. Demonstrated ability to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of change initiatives.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels within the UK and EMEA markets.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and anticipate potential barriers to change.

  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

  7. Collaborative mindset, building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the UK and EMEA markets.

  8. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

Desired or preferred experience or technical skills:

Professional certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are preferred but not required.
