Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Business Centre Manager to join our Toyota Dealership in Bristol North.
The hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of up to £60,000.
Role and Responsibilities
Within each of our dealerships, we have specialists responsible for managing their own area of influence to source and develop sustainable local business sales opportunities in line with Toyota brand objectives.
You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business. You will also guide and support customers in all their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.
About you
You will be knowledgeable and confident in presenting all funding methods to clients.
Able to support the wider sales team in identifying qualifying clients and providing funding options to facilitate optimal decisions.
Generate leads from the business community by leveraging your business proposition expertise.
Understand the tax implications of various finance models and provide examples to aid decision-making.
Work at a managerial level, directly reporting to the GM, while highlighting your sales activity, lead generation, and marketing efforts.
Passionate about retaining business customers and taking ownership of renewal tools, including managing your database.
Possess excellent people skills, establishing yourself within the local business community as the trusted business expert for Toyota in Bristol.
Provide each client with a fantastic experience from initial contact through to vehicle delivery and ongoing touchpoints during their purchase cycle.
Ideal candidates may be existing Local Business Development Managers, Fleet Managers, Retail Managers, or Sales Managers seeking better rewards and career growth. They will have an outstanding sales record with exceptional finance sales performance.
