Location: Toyota Croydon

Salary: £35,000 basic + OTE £55,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 18:00

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Centre Manager to lead our fleet operations at Toyota Croydon. This is a crucial role responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business, and ensuring the efficient operation of our Business Centre, which holds one of the largest books of business for Toyota in the UK. If you have a strong background in fleet management within the automotive sector and excel at building relationships and driving growth, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage and grow key accounts, including blue-chip clients.
- Liaise effectively with customers and Toyota Great Britain (TGB).
- Develop new business, focusing on B2B growth rather than cold calling.
- Ensure efficient operation by being highly proficient with systems.
- Organise and lead a small team, including a sales executive and an admin person.
- Oversee the creation of purchase orders and manage handover deliveries.
- Keep customers updated throughout the process.
- Work towards quarterly targets based on direct profit, unit targets, and TGB Standards.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven manager experience within fleet roles in the automotive industry (cars, vans, or HGV).
- Strong proficiency with systems; this is a very system-based role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and develop new business (B2B).
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with customers and TGB.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with a flexible approach, capable of leading and organising a small team.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Having existing key accounts is a significant advantage.
