Qualifications

  • Experience as Local Business Development Manager, Fleet Manager, Retail Manager, or Sales Manager.
  • Outstanding sales record in finance sales.

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Business Centre Manager to join our Toyota Dealership in Bristol North.

The hours of work are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of up to £60,000.

Role and Responsibilities

Within each of our dealerships, we have specialists responsible for managing their own area of influence to source and develop sustainable local business sales opportunities in line with the Toyota brand objectives.

You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business. You will also guide and support customers with their vehicle financing and insurance needs.

About you

  • You will be knowledgeable and confident presenting all funding methods to clients.
  • You can support the wider sales team to identify qualifying clients and provide all funding options to help them make the best decisions.
  • You will generate leads from the business community by showcasing your business proposition expertise.
  • You understand the tax implications of various finance models and can provide examples to aid decision-making.
  • You will work at a managerial level, directly reporting to the GM, while highlighting your sales activity, lead generation, and marketing efforts.
  • You are passionate about business customer retention, taking ownership of renewal tools and your database.
  • You possess excellent people skills, establishing yourself in the local business community as the "trusted business expert" for Toyota in Bristol.
  • You will provide clients with an excellent experience from initial contact through to delivery and follow-up during their purchase cycle.

You may be an existing Local Business Development Manager, Fleet Manager, Retail Manager, or Sales Manager seeking a role with better rewards and career growth. You will have an outstanding sales record, particularly in finance sales.
