Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Business Catering Manager in Belfast to lead the delivery of catering and hospitality services within a busy corporate environment. You will manage a team and ensure high standards of food quality, service and client relationships for up to 500 customers.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, people-management skills and a proactive approach to service improvement. A permanent full-time position based in Belfast, with Sodexo benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a catering and hospitality management environment.
• Proven experience managing, developing and engaging teams.
• Experience managing a P&L with strong financial awareness.
• Excellent client and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of current health & safety requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of CIEH, COSHH and HACCP.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-motivated, proactive and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.

• Ensure customers' dietary requirements and specific requests are managed appropriately.
• Monitor service delivery against agreed standards, company policies and legislation.
• Manage and monitor the financial performance of the site, ensuring costs remain within budget.
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and all relevant statutory and company requirements.
• Complete required reporting, administration and site documentation.
• Support continuous improvement across the catering and hospitality operation.

Salary: £32,000 per annum plus Sodexo benefits
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Business Manager to lead the delivery of catering and hospitality services within a busy corporate environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious manager who is passionate about food quality, customer experience and high standards of service, while also having strong commercial and people-management skills.

You will take ownership of the day-to-day catering and hospitality operation, leading a team and ensuring an excellent service is delivered to up to 500 customers.

Key Responsibilities
