As part of our ongoing vision to be a leading digital authority, we are recruiting for two Business and Benefits Analyst roles. These roles will sit within our data and analytics team, working alongside our PMO, and will be key to enabling us to baseline our processes accurately and identify improvements to support service delivery and growth.

We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent service and interested in digital solutions, supporting large-scale transformation projects.

Outcome-focused, you will manage complex, sensitive issues and understand partnership working.

You embody our values of Pride, Passion, People, and Personal Responsibility and are tenacious, positive, and resilient.

About the role

You will analyze and gather data to document current processes and issues using relevant technology. You will run workshops for data collection, research findings, and recommend solutions and improvements.

You will be confident in capturing and measuring business benefits to evidence success and will produce documentation to support this.
