A fintech company is seeking a Financial Crime Business Banking Operations Analyst. In this role, you will investigate complex cases, provide expert guidance to teams, and improve operational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Financial Crime and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This role allows flexibility in location, with opportunities for working from home.

Our Financial Crime team We're expanding our Business Banking product and need awesome Operations Analysts to lead the charge! In this role, you'll be a critical part of our Financial Crime Operations team, providing expert guidance, handling complex investigations, and acting as the final point of technical escalation. Your expertise will ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and effective in combating financial crime, all while supporting the growth of Monzo. We're looking for someone with significant experience in this area who is passionate about making a real difference.
