Purpose of Role

• Manage all aspects of a Business Aviation charter flight, from initial request to booking and flight operation completion.
• Maximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions within budget and operational constraints while ensuring profitability.
• Develop and manage a client portfolio, actively seeking new business through leads, recommendations, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with aircraft providers to obtain and negotiate the best offers for clients.
• Secure cost-effective solutions for clients' charter needs through negotiation.
• Provide timely and detailed flight information to clients.
• Secure flight confirmations and maintain follow-up with clients and providers.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including contracts and insurance.
• Review supplier contracts to align with company standards.
• Prepare comprehensive flight briefs.
• Accurately record customer information in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry operations and capabilities.
• Maintain relationships with clients, leads, and industry partners to maximize opportunities.
