The position is available in New York City or remotely.

We will train the successful candidate and share industry know-how. Strong client connections and customer relationship management skills are essential.

Purpose of Role

1. Manage all aspects of a Business Aviation charter flight from initial request to booking and flight operation completion.
2. Maximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions within budgetary and operational constraints, ensuring profitability.
3. Develop and manage a client portfolio, actively seeking new business through leads, recommendations, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with aircraft providers to obtain and negotiate offers for optimal flight options.
• Negotiate cost-effective solutions for clients' charter needs.
• Provide timely, detailed, and accurate flight information to clients.
• Secure flight confirmations and maintain follow-up with clients and providers.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including contracts, insurance, and regulatory matters.
• Review supplier contracts to ensure alignment with company standards.
• Compile and issue comprehensive flight briefs.
• Manage customer data in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Stay informed about industry developments and operational capabilities.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with clients, leads, and industry partners.
