Team/Role Overview:

The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

What you’ll do

Liaise with global business execution leads (BE leads) and horizontal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of their requests.

Assist BE leads with financial and headcount deliverables, including multi-year forecasts, outlook processes, and client allocation coordination.

Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics related to projects, financials, risk, and control.

Prepare materials, document minutes, and track action items for business committees and regular meetings.

Gather, consolidate, and analyze data for ad-hoc and recurring business requests.

Support productivity and cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with senior management.

Support investment analysis and decision-making by providing data-driven insights and financial modeling.

Manage budget requests, analyze monthly reports, and ensure adherence to expenditure controls. Review budget estimates for accuracy and compliance.

Execute and report on compliance-related activities.

Contribute to real estate analytics and reporting.

Provide expertise and support in cost analysis, budget allocation, and budget preparation.

Validate data accuracy and develop necessary reports for data management.

Exercise sound judgment in business decisions, considering reputational risk and regulatory compliance.

What we’ll need from you

Relevant experience in finance organization (preferably in business support/management/business execution roles)

Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office product suite especially Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency and comfortable in managing large complex databases

Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) at all organizational levels

Ability to interact concisely and confidently with senior business leaders.

Results/task orientated with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage and prioritize effectively and resolve conflicting priorities.

Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and a level of self-direction

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with colleagues who are not based in the same location.
