Job Description:

Enkonix is an international technology consultancy and software house that specialises in building cutting-edge, custom software solutions for both established and scaling businesses. With an established reputation and delivery engine, we’re now scaling our commercial team in the UK, and we’re looking for a Business Assistant / Sales Associate who’s ready to make their mark and work as one of the founding members of the UK commercial team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily office functions, including organizing breakfasts, ordering supplies and working equipment, coordinating maintenance, and ensure the workspace is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Helping with onboarding of new employees.
  • Arrange travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  • Helping with personal tasks for a director and other employees.
  • Identify and research high-potential prospects with outreaching to them using the company's database and all the established processes.
  • Qualify new leads through chat conversations.
  • Assist in chat support with the leads, guiding them through initial product inquiries and turning them into prospects.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the CRM and schedule demos and follow-up meetings.
  • Support the sales team by drafting pitch decks, proposals, and post-demo follow-up communications.
  • Provide feedback on lead-generation strategies, CRM workflows, and office processes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to refine outreach messaging, reporting, and onboarding procedures.
  • Other activities and responsibilities.

Must-Haves:

  • Ambitious individual, keen to move into a leadership or strategic role over time.
  • Confidence and credibility in front of decision-makers, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking ownership in a scaling and entrepreneurial environment and bringing a positive attitude to work.
  • Based in London and available to work on-site 5 days a week in the central London office.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Agentic AI, automation, and related emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to clients in the US market or experience in international sales.
  • Background or working knowledge in one or more of our core verticals: Supply Chain, Construction, Real Estate, E-Learning.
  • Experience working with or selling alongside offshore development teams.
