As a Business Assistant Analyst in the Legal Group, you will provide strategic support to Legal Managing Directors across Securities Services Legal. You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive business objectives and manage a complex set of responsibilities.   • Manage executive diaries and optimize scheduling with senior stakeholders.
  • Create Passport matters and assist with LOB specific project work.
  • Lead planning and execution of high-profile events and meetings.
  • Support legal recruitment strategy and onboarding programs.
  • Coordinate complex global travel logistics and manage travel budgets.
  • Prepare pre-meeting materials and support legal documentation processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative processes for stakeholder engagement.
  • Implement a "Train the Trainer" program for administrative capabilities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and participate in legal initiatives.
