Job Description

Business Process Architect - London

The Business Process Architect will lead the design, governance, and optimisation of end-to-end business processes, collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions such as Technology, Data, HR, and Strategy. The role involves ensuring all processes align with the enterprise operating model and contribute to measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain enterprise-wide process architecture.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and governance frameworks.
  • Utilise data and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
  • Partner with transformation, tech, and operational teams to align process design.
  • Identify automation opportunities and support their implementation.
  • Build capability across teams and mentor change champions.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant

The candidate should have experience in:

  • Leadership in large, complex organisations (commercial or not-for-profit).
  • Business improvement, continuous improvement, and process management expertise.
  • Understanding of enterprise-level operating models and process design.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven success in delivering measurable efficiency and service improvements.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and experience in transformation programmes.
