Job summary

Barclays in Glasgow is seeking a Business Architect Process Analyst to drive the evolution of our digital landscape. You will lead process engagements, map business capabilities, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic change across banking operations.

You will apply data and MI insights to identify optimisation opportunities, deliver timely analytics, and ensure efficient, controls-aware execution.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering process engagements (landscapes, reviews, and business capability mapping).
• Ability to manage compressed and extended time frames to meet objectives for key stakeholders.
• Deliver Business Architecture services in line with defined objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
• Identify industry trends and developments, and collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance & optimisation processes.
• Develop and implement analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
• Identify ways to create capacity in operations using data and Management Information.

• Managing and delivering process engagements (i.e. process landscapes, reviews, and business capability mapping) as required.
• Manage compressed and extended time frames and achieve defined objectives for key stakeholders.
• Responsible for the successful delivery of Business Architecture service engagements in line with defined objectives and agreed timelines.

Purpose of the role

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.

Accountabilities

• Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.
