Job description

MBDA is a leading defence organisation, supporting the Armed forces who protect our nations, both for today and tomorrow. MBDA is proud to be working in partnership with Movement to Work and The Launch Group to offer these unique opportunities.

On an Apprenticeship you develop key skills, build a network and earn valuable qualifications. During the 4 year scheme, you will study, work on exciting projects and contribute to the work that MBDA does, all whilst earning a salary.

MBDA’s Level 3 apprenticeships cover Project Control and Manufacturing operator roles - if you love managing tasks or getting hands-on then these roles are for you. If you're interested in Engineering and gaining a level 4 qualification then you could come and learn all about General Engineering or focus on Mechanical Engineering.

If numbers is more your thing, then our Finance apprenticeship is worth a look.

More focused on getting a degree? We have a range of Engineering, Software and Business apprenticeships for you to pick from. Whichever route you pick, all qualifications are paid for by MBDA - all the learning without the debt.

  • Level 3 Project Planning and Control Apprenticeship
  • Level 4 Finance Apprenticeship
  • Level 6 Business Apprenticeship
  • Level 3 Manufacturing Operator

  • Level 4 General and Mechanical Engineering
  • Level 6 Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineering
