  • Lead and participate in the development and deployment of IT/OT projects, from planning through execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT/OT systems, ensuring disaster recovery, high availability, fault tolerance, and planning/testing contingencies to maximize uptime.
  • Oversee global and local configurations of applications, networks, and servers, including reconfigurations, switch installations, and global network design.
  • Create and maintain documentation for new and existing systems, while planning for future improvements and expansions.
  • Provide critical support to resolve complex application issues and minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors and application support groups to implement updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operation.
  • Contribute to broader Global IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with a global team, providing support for manufacturing plants.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering knowledge transfer and building application/system ownership within the global team.

Experience and Competencies:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT/OT systems deployment, support, and lifecycle management with a focus on global, complex applications in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to manage IT projects of varying sizes from inception to completion.
  • Technical skills in:
